Members evening throws up more hidden treasures

The recent members evening gave all members an opportunity to present bits of their collection, from one item to three sheets, which doesn’t often see the light of day. These are items that other members may find interesting as they are rarely seen.

It’s wonderful to see so much variety on display and as usual, the members did not let us down.

First off we had a display of Australian TPO cancellations which featured some scarce items;

This was then followed up by some rare Canadian Revenue stamps, early Barbados postmarks, Australian errors, Maps on postcards, Seahorses on cover, Penny Black on stamps and Lufthansa covers.

All in all a wonderful evening enjoyed by members.
